To ensure everything runs smoothly for both you and our team, please take a moment to review our booking policies: Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please call or email us during business hours to let us know if you need to make any changes. We are open Monday through Saturday 10am - 7pm, and Sunday 11am - 5pm. Tardiness: We understand that things come up! To offer some flexibility, we provide a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals at no additional charge. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full fee will apply. If you anticipate being late beyond the grace period, please contact us immediately. If possible, we will try to fit you in without impacting other clients and staff. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying us in advance, we’ll need to charge the full service amount to the card on file. A no-show is defined as a client who misses their scheduled appointment by more than 15 minutes without prior notice or consent. Refunds: While we don’t offer refunds for services out of respect for our stylists’ time and expertise, we truly want you to be happy with your experience. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to our management team within 3 days of your appointment. We’ll do our best to address your concerns and find a solution. Age Requirements: We’re happy to offer services to clients 12 and older. If you’re under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian is present during the consultation. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer services to clients under 12 years old. Contact Us: We understand that things come up!
